Polar Bears for 2007 (left to right):
Joe Heck, Dan Kapustic, Nick Simon, John Messersmith, & Paul
Hartley
Planes (left to right):
Joe's Trainer, Nick's "FrankenTwist", Dan's CAP 580, John's
Mustang, Paul's Twist 60
(Dave Kilmer put in a late appearance with his Siren)

As
you can see, due to heavy fog there was a low turnout
this year for the Polar Bear Fly...

Nick's "FrankenTwist"... a "Plug & Play" Twist fuselage
with an ARF Twist wing (donated by Lee Buskirk). Powered
by Joe's old trainer engine, an Evolution .46!

John and his .60 size Hangar-9 Mustang

High Tech and Low Tech... below the red & white
"DSS"
frequency pins that John made up for us a few months back
(for use with the new 2.4GHz spread spectrum systems),
I added six 27 MHz band frequency pins for those
of us with the "cheap" electric RTFs made by
Flyzone, Parkzone, Hobbyzone, etc...
