Old Business…
1. Swap Meet Mtg.
(01.30.02) – Dave Renninger has control of the tables.
John McLaughlin will be in charge of the admission doors. Paul Minnich will man the club table. We will require flyers, forms, etc. at the club
table.
2. Table Sale for Swap
Meet – There is a steady flow of interest in the sale of the tables. The flow is continuous.
3. 2003 Swap
Meet/Fun-Fly Flyers – Colasanti Printing has donated the flyers at no charge. Many thanks go out to Carl for his generosity.
4. Berks Cable Update
– March 3 was the date but has been postponed to sometime in June as reported by John
McLaughlin. Larry Smith and Jack Hilbert are
to assist in the preparation of the event. Bud
Wunder was not present, but is to coordinate and make contact for assistance.
Swap Meet –
Donations are welcome in the form of food, raffle prizes, etc. Contact a club officer if interested in making a
donation.
New Business…
1. Field Committee
– The Building and Grounds Committee will address the lime application. The lime needs applied around the end of March or
beginning of April during the grass dormant time. How
much will be needed? What is the cost? It is to be purchased by the bag. This will be presented at the March meeting to
allow a check to be cut for the cost by the Treasurer.
Green Giant Lawn Care Company is scheduled to perform the spring “weed &
feed”. The lime application will be by
the club.
2. 2003 Annual VSA
Regatta – It will be held at the Kutztown Airport – Vintage Days Kutztown 2003. It is scheduled to be held May 24 & 24, 2003. It will feature aircraft, automobiles, tractors,
and motorcycles. The TCWS has been asked to
participate with a static display. Carl
Colasanti is to follow up with details. Vintage
Sailplane Association is big into the event. Additional

or www.kutztownair.com.
There was no other
new business at the time.

Announcements…
1. Kitchen Roof Leak
George Case has
reported the incident. The wind blew snow
through the vent and was allowed to melt inside. There
will monitoring and a report on the extents as needed in the near future.
