Lease Agreement
The TCWS and Christmans have signed the 4-year lease, and not the alternate 10-year
lease. It has been suggested that
negotiations for the lease renewal for 2005 begin fairly early. Some advisements have been made for the club to
seek possible future options. Future club
activities are to proceed as usual with the exception of any more permanent
ones. Questions and discussions were heard on
percent increases for future leases.
Swap Meet Work List
(now a past event) Cash window volunteers are still needed. Dave Renninger is handling the 50/50 drawing and
such related raffle items. An inventory of
our club apparel is needed. Sam and Bert
Miller are to handle the kitchen organization.
Field House rental
(now a past event) The rental fees have been taken care of at this point. Dale Loop has coordinated the funds.

Helpful Hints
Model Hanger
Wire
coat bent to hook around stabilizer, close to fuselage is just fine. Use rubber tubing
from auto department to protect leading edge.
Rubber Band Cleaner
Place oily rubber bands in a snap-tight plastic box containing cornstarch, talcum powder,
or kitty litter. Bands will emerge completely free of oil at next use. Inspect frequently
and junk old and deteriorated bands.
